After eight years working for The Sun – where I was a Senior Editor operating across print, online and mobile – I left to set up my own consultancy business.

I have an eclectic range of clients covering all areas from technology and celebrity to religion and professional wrestling.

My main role is as the UK and Ireland publicist for IMPACT WRESTLING – working with stars including Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Kurt Angle, Sting, Jeff Jarrett, AJ Styles and Rob Van Dam. Find out more in the wrestling section of this site.

I am also proud to be the editor of lj today, the bimonthly magazine of Liberal Judaism.

Finally I work alongside my former my former Sun colleague Jonathan Weinberg at Ten14 Media – where we create engaging content and loyal communities for brands. Ten14 Media’s clients currently include Comet, Championship Manager, Carphone Warehouse and Disney Interactive Studios.

Jonathan and I also run workshops offering practical help and advice for in-house PRs and agency staff on how to get their clients and campaigns into the popular press. Read more in the training section.

During my time in the media, which included periods working for the The Guardian and TalkSPORT Radio, I have performed every task imaginable: writing, editing, creating podcasts and videos, building communities and continually developing new ideas, concepts and formats.
